Also from the family of farmers from the Durg district, Chhattisgarh – formerly in the state of Madhya Pradesh has more than 20 years of technical and managerial experience in the agricultural domain and their allied industries makes him more eligible and competitive for being the Managing Director of the Society. His skill and experience is of tremendous help to the organisation in taking its vision to the next level and fulfilling the intentions of the farmers/society.
His prominent role would be to Plan, setup, establish, process and market all the intended integrated industry products of high quality, which would earn financial benefits to the society and thereby dividend to the share holders who are none other than the farmers of the district. He already has working experience in setting up these kinds of projects like Rice Mill, Solvent Extraction plant etc... Has already worked and gained production/implementation/planning experience in most of the projects.
He has always been forward thinking and set up different projects like a Diary firm, fisheries which is the first of its kind in the entire Durg District. He himself is a successfully farmer who has started organic farming from the past 10years.Has been awarded by both the country and the state for his methodologies used in the successful running of his fisheries which are ranged in about 100 acres. He and his family are the first of their kind in the entire state of Chhattisgarh to have implemented all the latest/modern technologies in the agricultural sector in their farming. It is his interest and vision of doing things better, which drove him to setup an research and development centre in their farm for coming up with better breeds (fish and cattle) and methods of improving the productivity and using the eco friendly methodologies.
Always dreamt of the farmer to reach out of just ending his/her role after producing the crop. With this vision became a vital pillar of the mission to make the farmer process the produce and in turn reap all the benefits and profits of the other sectors dependent on their produce. There by making the farmer the owner and consumer, eliminating the middle men and improving their overall socio-economic condition.
